My wife and I dealt with Deb who is part of Simon' team. We didn't deal directly with Simon however as we were greeted by Deb when looking through the original open house (Simon was already busy with other people but made sure to still introduce himself). Simon obviously knew from that point we would have a great relationship with Deb throughout the process of buying our new home. His team has a wide knowledge of the market through the bayside region of Brisbane so we were comfortable dealing with Deb and Simon from the get go

In advising members of the various organisations that I worked with I had a simple formula for success in customer service "Under promise and over deliver!" During our online research for a property we we continually frustrated by Agents pushing their own agenda rather than answering our criteria. It was a great relief when we made contact with Jill Ferguson. Jill listened to our requirements and didn't waste our time supplying links to properties which did not meet our criteria. Are you looking for an agent with local knowledge, knows the market and gives you realistic expectations, helps style your house and sells it within a few days, then Kathy is for you. Honestly Kathy has kept in contact with us for 2 years sending sales reports and checking on our progress. She found us our next home (not even with Remax) as she knew our checklist and then sold our home within 5 days. She surpassed expectations at all points.
