It was a delight to work with Kathy (& Bettina & Michelle) in the sale of our property. At appraisal we stated the lowest price we were looking for & Kathy believed it was achievable. She managed to get an inspection on the day our marketing photographs were being taken, resulting in an offer for our lowest price. The buyer's own sale fell through but Kathy chased up previously interested buyers from open day & got an increased offer within a couple of days. Strongly recommend Kathy as an agent.
