Great service and quick sale from Dave and Steve on the sale of our property at Victoria Point. Though Steve was our first contact and agent for the sale, Dave also played a big part in the sale of our property. This property was tenanted and put up for sale during Covid which made it all the more challenging. Steve went out of his way to keep the tenants and potential buyers safe and happy during the inspections. Steve kept us informed and was very pleasant to deal with and kept up the great work even after the property sold. Just prior to settlement he inspected the property to make sure all was ready and even watered a new turfed area for us.
