Irena has entered the process of this development at an early stage assessing our plan of renovation and pretty much turning it upside down. While we had a plan to modernise all the original features of the house, she persuaded us to preserve as much of the old building as possible. She was so confident that she told us, we will achieve much higher price for the finished product then we would, should we choose to follow our original strategy. Naturally there was much trepidation at the beginning but Irena’s consistent support and confidence in the best outcome was always present. While we spoke to several other agents gaining an understanding of the market and what can be achieved, we agreed that Irena had more to offer than any other local agent, we spoke to. At the end, we achieved a premium price in a short timeframe, which accurately reflected Irena’s original advise.
