Right from the beginning jai was persistent and eager to get the job for the sale, I was hesitant at first due to he was new to the industry but he swayed me with his constant contact, research on the areas property market, advertising tactics before he even had the job and he was not afraid to chase a price easily 20k above other agents recommendations. as soon as jai got the job he put in the hard yards to get things moving while keeping me updated every step of the way, within a week the house was on the market. The house lasted 12 days on the market with only 1 open house viewing and reaching within the asking price range which other agents said was not possible.through out the whole process jai and his family were there to help and make the process like a walk in the park as if he had been doing it for years. Judy did an excellent job at getting our attention, providing the recommended selling technique and then ultimately selling the property without fuss - she is a very good real estate agent. However her office team at REMAX were not without concern about their performance to complete the process in a timely manner! Whilst I too was slow to respond to a problem, the office then took many weeks (instead of days) to finalise the sales process.

My house was in a bad way when contacted Reg de Baritault. The ceiling had fallen in above the lounge room and I had no insurance. As I had no money to fix the ceiling or to even hire a skip to clean the lounge room I was looking at a very low price for the property, around $350,000.
