Jay is the best agent we have ever dealt with! Jay knew exactly what was going on at every point in the sale and was always on the front foot with communication.

We recently sold our property through Cathy. She was most helpful and professional. We were very happy with the price and want to thank Cathy for the outstanding job she did. Cheers Robin & Lisa

Right from the beginning jai was persistent and eager to get the job for the sale, I was hesitant at first due to he was new to the industry but he swayed me with his constant contact, research on the areas property market, advertising tactics before he even had the job and he was not afraid to chase a price easily 20k above other agents recommendations. as soon as jai got the job he put in the hard yards to get things moving while keeping me updated every step of the way, within a week the house was on the market. The house lasted 12 days on the market with only 1 open house viewing and reaching within the asking price range which other agents said was not possible.through out the whole process jai and his family were there to help and make the process like a walk in the park as if he had been doing it for years. I highly recommended jai and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

It has been a pleasure to have Reg sell our home in Springwood. He worked tirelessly and was active in creating so many avenues to get the sale through. Both my wife and I will be recommending Reg to all our friends and contacts in the southern area of Brisbane and also in Logan area.

We've just moved from sydney into Brisbane so we had no idea how market's like in Brisbane. Judy helped us a lot to buy our beautiful and sweet home by putting her honesty and knowledges into our buying a house jorney. We cannot say thank to her enough. It was a brilliant experience with her especially for her nice, neat, certain, and speedy work process. We are strongly recommend to our friends, families, and anyone who want to buy their house.

Judy has been great from day one with regular updates during the sale campaign of my property. I did not have to follow her up on any updates. Judy is not pushy and will provide her honest view during the sale process. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Judy did an excellent job at getting our attention, providing the recommended selling technique and then ultimately selling the property without fuss - she is a very good real estate agent. However her office team at REMAX were not without concern about their performance to complete the process in a timely manner! Whilst I too was slow to respond to a problem, the office then took many weeks (instead of days) to finalise the sales process.

My house was in a bad way when contacted Reg de Baritault. The ceiling had fallen in above the lounge room and I had no insurance. As I had no money to fix the ceiling or to even hire a skip to clean the lounge room I was looking at a very low price for the property, around $350,000. We had an open day and sure enough we had two offers, one at $330,000, and one at $360,000. Reg said not to accept them . He knew a builder who would do some work for me without money up front. Long story short, after $7,000 work we sold for $422,000. Reg knows the market and he knows what he's doing. You can rest easy if you have Reg selling your property.

After several unlucky experiences I was put in contact with Reg whom I appointed to sell a property I had in McGregor. From the beginning Reg committed himself to sell this property at the best price possible despite a depreesive market and he managed to fullfill his commitment. Reg was regularly keeping me uddated so I knew what was happening. I wish to seize this opportunity to thank him for a weldone job, to wish him the best of luck and to recommend him to any potential property seller.
