From signing with DocuSign to text message reminders if any rent falls behind right through to fixing any issues very promptly I have found it much easier and less intrusive than other Realestates have been. Also the notice for routine inspections is more than others have given. All in all so far I’m very pleased with Remax and my property agent. Thumbs up from me.

I haven't had a good experience with most of the agents I've had for the property I lived in. They were not very good at communication. They very rarely responded to maintenance requests via email and then sometimes denied requests to fix basic things like heating. I was willing to attribute this partly to the landlord however they also were rude on the phone and rarely turned up for inspections. Would not recommend to renters due to this.
