At the start of the year, we changed management of our properties to RE/MAX Elite Wagga Wagga, due to the unsatisfactory service we were getting. RE/MAX Elite are such an improvement. The staff are approachable and efficient, they treat the properties they manage as they own. RE/MAX Elite have our trust and confidence and are managing our properties they way they should be managed. We will stay with RE/MAX Elite and should have moved to them earlier.

The agents are always friendly and welcoming. In face-to-face meetings, I have not been left waiting. But they are generally unresponsive and unhelpful via any other medium. I was given the wrong information on where to collect the keys on move in day, I was then handed a bundle of 20+ keys without instruction from the agent. I was instead told that the agency did not know the use of each key. 17 of the 20+ keys did not fit or open anything in the house, but there are numerous locks that I cannot open. I delivered the keys back into the agent's hands, asked (via email) for confirmation of the receipt (for legal purposes) and requested that the usable keys be found. I have since heard nothing. That was three weeks ago. I would like to be able to open some windows from time to time...

In all my years of property ownership, no property management team has been more receptive and available than this team. Regardless of my enquiry, i am always greeted with detail and solutions. Regular property inspections and communication with myself has given me much confidence in the happiness of my tenants and allowed me to pursue other investment options. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
