I have been so very fortunate to have found the right home and for Gill to skilfully navigate between the vendor, me and our respective solicitors as I sold and relocated from Brisbane, waited patiently for cleared funds, etc. Others may have pushed on for a quick sale, but Gill knew this was one of those sales that may take a bit longer but everyone is happy in the end. Gill genuinely cares about the vendor’s interests and those of the purchaser. There’s no question as to her impeccable ethics. Importantly, Gill matches people to the right property.
