Mark was brilliant to deal with throughout the entire process from market appraisal to settlement. He understood and believed in our selling goal, which made us feel as though he was looking out for our best interests. Our property was in the higher price range for the Wagga area and we trusted Mark to market our property towards the right buyer. As full time professionals, Mark knew we couldn’t manage back to back inspections so we were never inundated with inspections and never felt any pressure to drop our price or question our goal. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised with a pretty quick sale given our homes market position at the time.
