Smooth sailing with Demo and Gareth from their end and even when we had issues with our sale they still kept us in the loop with everything. Loading with the sellers continuously and keeping us updated. Over and above with regards to getting papers signed and dealing with the settlement agents. I have dealt with Paul when buying my house, and selling the same house 3 and a half years later. Paul has a lot of integrity and is a great communicator. Buying or selling a home is stressful at the best of times, and Paul goes over and above to ensure that a property transaction is mentally and transactionally a smooth transition. We live 450 Km from Perth and were looking for a house in the area of Butler. We were visiting the area and contacted several agents to assist in finding an appropriate home. One of those agents was Phil Wiltshire and in discussion indicated significant features we were looking for in our desired house.
