Our home was under offer above the asking price within 5 days . Phil and Josh are very easy to deal with and all of their recommendations preparing the house for listing were spot on .

We first met with Phil when we were thinking of selling our property after seeing his for sale signs around the area. From the first meeting it was clear that Phil has a wealth of knowledge of the market, but specifically on the local area. He was professional, warm and friendly and made it easy to understand the process of sale and what we needed to do. Once we made the decision to sell, Phil took the time to bring us up to speed on how the market had moved since our first meeting and set our expectations on what the next few weeks/months might look like. He made the process of photos and marketing smooth and seamless, and gave great advice on how to position our home for the best chances of sale. I can’t speak highly enough of not just Phil but the whole team at Remax who helped us on sell our home- will definitely be using you in the future for any of our property needs!

Demo communicates constantly, we were always up to date with developments. He also helped us with his knowledge on matters no relevant to our house sale. Everything was spot on, communication, advice, appointments etc and having them sell the house after one home open was just amazing too. Thankyou so much!
