Phil showed us several properties and quickly understood what we were looking for. He sent us a link for a property just on market and thought we may be interested. We certainly were! We’d only seen a few that he was marketing before that which weren’t suitable but he had picked up our likes intuitively in a short time. So after some weeks of bouncing from one inspection to another we were quickly moving in the right direction with Phil. Throughout the process he was helpful, friendly and courteous and above all - he is not a pushy, in your face salesman. His knowledge of the area and tips on all sorts of little things were really helpful to us having recently moved back after many years overseas.
