Phil is a lifesaver and the epitome of a true real estate agent who looks after you and loves his job. Not only did Phil help us sell our home, but also found our new dream home. After looking everywhere myself and becoming extremely exhausted and jaded trying to secure something in such a hot market, I again reached out to Phil who was able to find us something in an hour! Phil was actually at the home appraising it and we drove around soon after and met the owner who was an absolute pleasure and wonderful person, it was a great experience. It was at night by this stage and I would have completely understood if Phil wanted to go home, have dinner after a long day and sort it out the following day but he worked tirelessly with the negotiation into the evening and we ended up agreeing to a deal later that night and it was sold to us off market. Having sold my home through Phil, this kind of hardworking client focused outcome was no surprise. Phil and his whole team are just A-graders and if I ever run into Phil in the future it will be like meeting an old friend, thats the kind of rapport you can expect when you either buy or sell with him. Phil knew exactly what we wanted on our wish list when buying a home and delivered on everything and more. Even the little touches Phil was able to find in our new home has blown us away. Exceeding our expectations is an understatement. If you need to sell go straight to Phil hes the man, and his offsider Josh is also great. I would encourage anyone looking to buy to also get in touch, as I am confident he can also find you the dream home, like he did for us. Phil dominates sales for the northern suburbs with records being broken every month and mutiple awards for his team, so its a no brainer that he would have access to properties coming on the market that might be amazing for you. Cant thank Phil and his team enough. I'll say it again though, thanks Phil and the team for everything!

We were very happy with phil during the purchase and pre settlement process. He was always available to answer any questions that we had, was very friendly, and because we had just moved to perth from overseas we didn't expect the support and high customer service Standard that Phil provided. We highly recommend phil to anyone looking at purchasing a property.

Brett, Kathy and Tania made selling my house a really simple process. It was my first time selling so I didn’t have much of an idea but their communication and knowledge made it quick and easy. I sold at the top of my price bracket after a quick price guide change suggested by the team. They were honest and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at selling their property. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
