This is our second property sale through Kathy. As with our previous experience we have been very impressed with her high standard of communication and efficiency. Kathy kept us informed every step of the way, provided answers to our many questions and ensured that the entire process was a pleasant one.

Phil was fantastic from start to finish. He never hesitated to jump in, roll up his sleeves to protect my investment, remove barriers and ultimately secure the sale in record time. Being a property professional myself, I was continually impressed with Phil's experience, succinct communication style and attentiveness! I won’t be using anyone else for the remainder of my portfolio.

I absolutely could not recommend Brett and his team highly enough. A year prior to selling my house Brett answered all my questions and provided me with so much information, reports and analysis free of charge in regards to selling a property in the area. His knowledge and reputation are both outstanding. Brett and his team are so approachable and you can tell they really care and want the best outcome possible. This was my first time selling a home and the team were there every step of the way. The house sold for exactly what we wanted and within a week of going to market. I am so grateful for Brett and his team, they made the process so smooth and believe it or not stress free!

I recently sold my property in Butler, I found my agent Cristina to be very professional and having an abundance of knowledge regarding the market. The sale went through quickly and effortlessly. I highly recommend Brett White and his team and would use them again in the future.

I have sold a few properties over the past 10 years and Paul stands out from the crowd! He is personable, professional, genuine and demonstrates a real commitment to getting you the best possible outcome when selling your property. The property we recently had listed was at times challenging and Paul helped navigate the listing with such confidence to achieve a sale we were all very pleased with. If I ever needed to get in touch with Paul he was always very prompt in his response, sincere in his advice and I found his recommendations for a photographer, staging company and painter all highly professional and easy to deal with. Look no further for your agent, you have found an excellent one in Paul!

Team Demo and Gareth were awesome dealing with the sale of our property, achieving a great price for us. Unfortunately our buyers were not the easiest to deal with as they are on the other side of the country and caused us a few issues, but Demo fought through the issues and kept us informed every step of the way, his knowledge and advice was invaluable. You won't be disappointed with Demo and Gareth on your side.

I know Phil for many years and he is still the humble person I got to know when he started off in this industry many years ago. When I met with Phil he was professional and had a non typical salesman approach when dealing with me. I never felt I was negotiating with someone who was just after a sale. Phil's knowledge and his approach to selling my property was outstanding and exceeded my expectations! I would certainly recommend Phil to anyone who may be looking for an honest and outstanding professional to sell or to buy a home from. Phil had the buyer's interest at heart as well which I greatly admired and was always honest and upfront which is difficult to find in this industry. Thanks Phil!

From the very first introduction Demo Foufas was professional, yet approachable, very helpful, honest and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He was always available to chat to on the phone and genuinely happy to talk you through the requirements of settlement, even when he had told you before!!! We had a sequencing issue of termination of rental lease and Settlement day and Demo happily negotiated an earlier Settlement day to enable a more stress free move. Thankyou Demo and team. We would happily use your agency again and recommend you to family and friends.
