When it comes to selling/buying a property one of the first things you think of is an agent. You think, who can I trust? who knows what they are talking about? who knows the market like no other? but most of all who would put themselves in our own shoes when trying to sale a place that we once called home. Thankfully we found Phil and his team! From the moment Phil walked through our front door we felt a sense of all the above and more.. His fun, friendly and enthusiastic character charmed us and instantly made us feel at ease. Since day one Phil and his team kept us in the loop about absolutely everything, they certainly made the process enjoyable, hopeful and most of all reassuring.
