Absolutely awesome experience with Demo and Gareth. Right from the first meeting we knew we had found the right agent with the right energy, commitment and understanding of the market. Both were always on hand to answer any questions regardless of the time of day/night. A service unparalleled by other agents. Demo’s contacts and trusted third parties really make an outstanding difference from the amazing photos to the smooth and effective settlement agent. Team Demo came together and they blew us away. A team and experience unmatched by anyone else on the market!

Communication was great. Advised on how to best present our property to a prospective buyer, as a result our house was sold very quickly.

We have just bought a property listed by Demo and he has been incredibly amazing to deal with. Communication, timeliness of responses and information shared has been nothing short of fantastic and we couldn't have had a better experience with purchasing our new home. The approach that has been taken in our experience is incredible and more relationship than sale driven, ensuring terms and timeframes suited all involved. Thanks so much to Demo and the team - we are certainly interested in hiring you to sell our apartment and would have no hesitation to recommend you.

At every stage while selling our home, Demo and his team have been there offering welcome advise and support. There were many things, adding up which make us confidently recommend Demo. These include clear and thorough communication from the outset, right up to settlement and beyond, recommendations of reliable local tradesmen and organising meetings around our commitments. We couldn’t fault the process and would highly recommend to anyone even thinking about selling their property to book in with Demo and have a chat. Thank you Demo and Gareth, five stars from us!

Finding a good Real Estate agent is as stressful as finding a good Dentist. You have no idea how to do their job so you need to put full trust in everything they do! I haven't found a good dentist yet but I have found an amazing real estate agent in Paul.... The process was smooth and painless. We sold out house at the very first home open and we sold for more than we had expected. The little fixes and advice Paul provided including the amazing photographer he recommended all made this process and exciting and very successful venture. "Thanks Paul that's now 2 very successful sales you have processed for us. Thank you!!!" I wouldn't recommend anyone else....

My partner and myself are happy about the service provided from Demo and his team. The service provided from Demo was fantastic considering how busy the market is at the moment. The whole process with Demo for our first home was great, being first home buyers there was certain things we weren’t too familiar with and one thing I did appreciate was he spoke to us in a professional manner. He was quick at getting things actioned and it was easy to get ahold of him if we needed to confirm anything. I definitely would suggest Demo to others looking to buy/sell

Demo was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional and friendly who's customer service is the best I've experienced. Nothing is too much trouble, he went over and above what you would expect from a real estate agent. We can not thank him enough for his hard work.

Upon entering the property we were greeted with a brochure and some additional information from Phil regarding the various amenities. After the initial introduction we were left to peruse the property at our leisure. Having submitted an expression of interest not long after leaving the viewing, Phil contacted me the same day so we could arrange to continue with a more formal offer to the seller. (Which he took back to the seller later that same day) This resulted in Phil announcing the sellers acceptance later that evening which was an extremely welcome surprise, I had never imagined it could be or would be this seamless. Couldn't be happier so far!
