We met Shaun at a home open when we were first thinking of moving. Listening to his knowledge of the local area and his friendly manor talking with prospective buyers, we thought this is the type of agent we want to sell our house. He sold our house after the first home open which we were delighted with. However what makes Shaun a cut above the rest is how he helped us with the purchase of our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even though helping us through this process was not his responsibility. Kathy is knowledgeable and understands the current market really well. There were moments when I was not sure about the market strategy but in the end, we achieved what she estimated. In the last 2 years I have had needs of estate agents on 5 occasions. 2 with a sale and 3 with a purchase . I can genuinely say I have not met a better team than Garreth who I mainly dealt with , and Demo. Garreth went above and beyond , very approachable , willing to negotiate and simply put getting a great deal for ourselves and the seller. I was constantly updated on progress and when the alarm failed to work ( unbeknown to us seller wouldn’t pay for it ) they did. Such a refreshing change to have service. BRAVO
