We are very grateful we came across Phil to sell our property in Alkimos! Within a few days after our first meeting he had someone who he thought may be interested in our property, he then did a private walk through and presented us with a cash offer! We did not expect to sell our property this quick and off market! Im extremely impressed by the level of care and service Phil demonstrated throughout the sales process from start to finish! He is extremely professional to deal with, has excellent knowledge on the area, he’s an excellent communicator one who responds quickly to all my questions, he has a great sense of humour and is a pleasure to be around! He really has gone above and beyond to ensure all aspects were taken care of! We had such a smooth and stress free experience! Needless to say, strongly recommended!!!

For our property purchase we dealt with Kathy. Kathy matched us up with the perfect property, was professional and always available to answer any questions. Kathy is genuine and made the whole process a positive experience.

From day dot, Demo has been open and transparent. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with Demo and purchased our family home from him. Throughout the whole process Demo has kept up communications with us and going above and beyond to help with an earlier settlement, that met ours and the sellers needs. His knowledge of the area and future developments ect. is fantastic also. If we needed an agent in future, Demo would be our first point of call.

I already knew very well how highly regarded Demo and the team were before we decided to list and sell our property so it was a no-brainer when that time came about. Already working in the industry myself (on the other side as a Conveyancer), I deal with Agents every single day and there has never been anyone I've come across in 15 years that operate the way Team Demo does. Demo and Gareth are respectful, transparent, thorough and they work incredibly hard to get the results they end up with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed, I can guarantee that!

Very happy with our house sale with Brett and Kathy. We have sold houses before -but would have to say Brett and Kathy were by far the best real estate agents we have ever dealt with. Communication was outstanding. Always knew what was going on. Excellent result- with effective sale marketing including using their innovative app- market buy. Would definately reccomend to our friends and family. Thanks again :)
