Having just moved to WA, we were pleasantly surprised with Phil's honest approach in selling us our first home. Phil had lots of patience, he explained the WA Laws and even when we asked for a second veiwing, he took time out of his busy schedule to accomadate us. Together with my wife, Anna, we would like to thank Phil Wiltshire, who together with his team, did a splendid job in the sale of our property in Butler. He still agreed to take on the challenge, knowing our situation and that there was a caveat on the property. We listened to his recommendations to make the necessary improvements of the house before it went on the market, and the house was sold only after 2 home opens.
