Both Demo and Gareth were outstanding right from the start to finish. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and was always willing to help where they could. I have dealt with in the past and mum recently bought a house through Demo before. The experience on all occasions was absolutely 10 out of 10. I couldn’t recommend Phil enough. He has taken care of the sale of my mums house in the past and done an excellent job so when it was time to sell my home I wouldn’t have wanted to go with anyone else and I am so happy that Phil was the agent taking care of the sale. He really looked after me throughout the whole process and went above and beyond what I feel other agents would do to secure the sale and get my a price well above what I had hoped for. Phil and his team are all extremely helpful and a joy to work with. If you want the most trustworthy and capable agent, Phil is your go to man.

We first saw our now house advertised and contacted Brett and Kathy who went above and beyond to arrange a viewing time that suited us. They were friendly, honest and very kind throughout the entire experience. As first home buyers this experience is very daunting and we have had experiences with other agents who were not so good - Kathy and Brett instantly made us feel relaxed and not pressured at all throughout the experience. They went above and beyond to open the property to us outside of hours and on short notice and present us with all information we requested. Through the entire process we felt valued and can honestly say that having Brett, Tania and Kathy look after us shaped our entire experience of buying our first home. It was enjoyable and exiting. We can’t thank the team enough for all their help and will be using them again years down the track to represent us when we decide to sell our property. Thanks again team! :)

Having moved over from Victoria and having not sold our home. We viewed an open house with Demo, we explained our situation and was greeted with the same enthusiasm as a cash buyer ready to go.
