I can't rate Demo and Gareth highly enough. From our very first viewing to the final handover. Nothing was a problem and the negotiation process was super easy. We were buyers on this occasion, however, we would not hesitate in engaging Demo and Gareth if we were selling our property. Thank you.

Demo and Gareth kept us regularly informed about the progress of the sell of our property. Both of them were easily available and approachable when we needed advice and discuss the sale of our property. We will use their services again. We highly recommend Team Demo for purchase and sell of properties

We selected Shaun to sell our house on the basis of his reputation - and we were not disappointed! We were delighted with the service we received, and our property was under offer within 2 days and Shaun worked hard to get us the price we wanted. He kept us updated throughout, and was extremely helpful in helping us managing any issues along the way, ensuring we settled on time and with the minimum of stress. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering selling a property in Quinn’s Rocks.

Being a first time interstate seller, finding the right agent who could help me project manage the whole process was critical and Phil and his team (Tiegan and Josh) performed beyond expectations. He walked me through each and every step and was prompt and available at any given time. I know he’s a busy man but I always felt like I was his number one priority. Phil also guided me on the best-bang-for-buck repairs/maintenance items to attend to to get me the best possible outcome. He also gave me access to his vast network of competitively priced tradies and he and his team also personally did some gardening and cleaning for me as I was from interstate. He even replaced an exhaust fan and painted a door for me free of charge, it was all part of the service :) I couldn’t be happier, thanks very much Phil, Tiegan and Josh!

Phil has been amazing from Day 1! A good family friend of mine highly recommended Phil. I have been so grateful right the way through for his professional advice. His knowledge for the market is outstanding. Phil gave me excellent advice for any improvements or repairs. Phil arranged any tradies required and all offered quality, prompt and affordable work. I’d 100% recommend Phil and his team if you’re planning to sell your home! It was affordable, stress free and successful. If I’d known it was going to be this easy I would have sold my house earlier!!

Top guy, Phil could sell ice to the Eskimos, second time I’ve used his services and he sold my property on the first viewing before going on the open market 👍

Kathy is amazing. Very natural, very friendly, instantly likable and knew everything about the property she was selling. You feel as is she is your best friend and you can say anything to her. I visited the office and had communication off the other staff members which was also really positive. I doubt I would of scored this house if it wasn't for Kathy's quick actions. I am so so lucky thanks Kathy and Re/max Extreme you have changed my life
