We initially met with 3 local agents and chose Kathy because from the outset we were really comfortable with Kathy's, warm, friendly, practical, honest approach. Whilst she provided the usual market insights, she gave us a number of options on how best to sell our house, get the best price possible and monitor the progress of the sale.
