Efficient and professional
We have just leased another property through Remax and rate their services highly. The process was smooth and easy and we had tenants move in a week after settlement. We found them to be thorough with applications and reference checks to ensure that suitable tenants were selected.

What a decent agent to have working FOR you
We recently commenced using Sarah at Remax to manage our investment property after using a different company for approximately 8 years, immediately we noticed that our property was mismanaged and the previous company apparently was working for out tenants by renting out our property well below market value causing stress for my wife and I. Sarah completed an assessment of the property then rented it out for $200 a week more. This assessment and increase now allows us to continue renting the property and securing our future for retirement. Thanks Sarah and also a big thank you to Phil Wiltshire for your support and advice in the lead up to us using Remax to manage our property.

Excellent Communication
We had an unfortunate incident at our property that needs to go through insurance claim. Sarah Warburton our property manager has been extremely helpful throughout the claim process and always keeping us up to date with the progress. She is very professional, provides clear communication and is very responsive to queries. Highly recommend her.
