We recently commenced using Sarah at Remax to manage our investment property after using a different company for approximately 8 years, immediately we noticed that our property was mismanaged and the previous company apparently was working for out tenants by renting out our property well below market value causing stress for my wife and I. Sarah completed an assessment of the property then rented it out for $200 a week more. This assessment and increase now allows us to continue renting the property and securing our future for retirement. We had an unfortunate incident at our property that needs to go through insurance claim. Sarah Warburton our property manager has been extremely helpful throughout the claim process and always keeping us up to date with the progress. She is very professional, provides clear communication and is very responsive to queries. Highly recommend her.

We have been with the team at RME Currambine for 6 years now and have always been looked after well. They are very professional and have kept us informed with any works that were needed on our properties. The tenant has never had a bad word to say and has been a long-term tenant.
