We highly recommend Phil and Josh. Right from the beginning Phil was amazing taking the time to understand what we were looking for and on the first viewing with Phil we found our home. As buyers we couldn’t be more happy nothing was ever too much. Both were always available to answer our many questions and took the time to explain things so we fully understood the process. We were kept up to date all the way through always going above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks a million Phil and Josh!

We recent placed an offer on a house Paul was selling and after having it accepted needed to put our house on the market quickly. We decided to sign with Paul as he had an extensive data base of clients. He arranged an off market viewing and we received an offer 24 hours later for a price we were more than happy with. Can’t recommend him enough.

Hi . We have recently sold with Phil and his team and the process was made very easy and comfortable by his professional and attentive service. We had various valuations from Phil over number of years as were looking to move on a few times, and every time he was on the money with the local market and made things very clear about what we could expect to achieve at that time in the market. Eventually taking the plunge to go to market recently , he was very clear and helpful about the process . All down to the great communication and family friendly service which put us at ease straight away. Although we had a bit of a false start with a buyer who signed an offer, and subsequently pulled out costing us a few vital weeks on the market and home opens, Phil was great throughout and ever helpful going the extra mile to help us get back to market and get the offer across the line that we were looking for. I would not hesitate in using Phil and his team again for selling and / or searching for the right property to purchase in the future. Further to that we have recommended him to friends who are also selling now and are very happy about the service he is providing them, and the attention to detail he has with dealing with there needs in selling and also assisting with the search for there next property . Its a 10 out of 10 from us for the Phil Wiltshire Team!!!

We met Phil 10 years ago when we sold our last house and bought this one. He did a great job back then and didn't disappoint once again. He was able to sell our house quickly without us having to go to home opens winch suited us. He was also able to provide us great leads for our next purchase. Would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My fiance and I were in the market for a new house and wanted to sell our 6 month old new build. Phil was so extremely helpful from the get go - he came to value our house at a time that suited us. He gave us an amazing price and started to organise for us to view houses before they came onto the market. We viewed only 2 houses before we found our forever home. Phil knew exact what we wanted in a new home and ticked all the boxes for us. Once we had found our new home, he got our current house listed and within 2 days of us signing paperwork, we had people in to view our house. It was under offer that same night - Phil found someone so quickly, we didn't have to go to market and have lots of people walking through our home during Covid. He was so quick at getting the paperwork and inspections sorted and now we are just waiting for settlement so we can move. We highly recommend Phil and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy. Phil and his team are so quick to action any questions or requests even during the current crazy busy housing market. Phil is an amazing and honest real estate agent who will cater to your every need and request in a new home and get you the best possible price for your home when you sell. He is worth every penny of his fees and the customer service is next level - you won't be disapointed if you buy or sell with Phil Wiltshire and team!

Phil went over and above in helping us buy this property which was a challenge as we came from a different state so they helped us with all the aspects of pest and building inspection and kept us up to date with all details along the way, which made our experience stress free and they were very professional. We know they had our best interests at heart. Phil’s hard work made the sale process go through with no stress and so much better than we could have expected. We would highly recommend Phil for anyone wishing to buy a home as they did a perfect for us . Sandra & Domenic

We had only met phil at a home open a few weeks earlier. From a few short conversations he was able to figure out what we were looking for and now we have moved into our dream home. Will be forever grateful for his work. Any issues that arose were quickly taken care of with no hassle. Could not recommend phil and his team highly enough.

Met Phil at a few home opens and spoke to him about what I was looking for and he found the perfect home for me and my boys. Couldn't rate him highly enough. If you're looking to buy or sell you couldn't find a better agent. Phil and his team have been incredible, they've kept me informed and up to date every step of the way.

Kathy from Brett White's team went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home in Australia. She was patient in answering all of my questions and always met us with a smile. I would recommend going through Kathy for any house purchase or sale in the future.
