I choose Demo second time around selling the same house I purchased from him 10 years ago, because he really knew the house and the area. This time he proved that not only has he increased his knowlege base of the area, but he also demonstrated his continued professionalism. He and his team at Remax. Excellent communication all the way through. Even though I live on a remote island, he and his team understood the difficulties in communication and processes they would have to deal with and they shone through ... keeping in touch through phone, messaging, and email every step of the way. Professional from go to woe!. I feel like I let the team down as I didn't put a bottle of bubbles in the fridge for the new owner. Thank you so much again!

I decided to use Phil and Remax Extreme to sell my 3+2+2 in Butler because they sold a similar house on my block for more than what the owner was expecting within 24 hours of listing. Phil and his team guided me through the process with professionalism while all along being very easy to deal with. I sold my house to what sounds like a lovely new owner on the first open house. Thank you Phil for making this happen so quickly over the holidays. Kind regards, Richard

From the very start of our interactions demo and Gareth we’re proactive and knowledgeable. Despite my house going to market over the Christmas period, and subsequently going under offer on New Year’s Day, the time of year didn’t deter them. Not to mention we got the price we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

I had every confidence in Phil handling the sale of my property. He's knowledgeable about the market in Butler, very friendly and extremely helpful, suggesting ways to improve the marketability of my home. I felt very comfortable in his company - he explained things in plain English for me to understand. So many real estate agents seem to think they're above the level of clients - just wanting to make a buck, but Phil's approach is genuinely sincere - he wants to make a sale like he would for family or friend. I highly recommend Phil to sell your property!

Phil made it so easy for us to buy from interstate without us actually seeing the house other than online. Phil was professional , always available when we needed to communicate and we can only highly recommend him.

The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Kathy got more than I was asking for my property and was upfront and clear about the whole process.
