Roxanne is personable,friendly and competent . She goes out of her way to pick up and deliver paperwork to the point of meeting in a carpark after a Pilates class or collecting items from my courtyard when calendars did not conjunct. Her office support staff are all friendly , efficient and personable . A local couple with discovered 6 degrees of Ipswich separation on several levels...
