Professional and attention to detail
Matt sold the family home prior to auction and got us the price we wanted. Matt’s professionalism and detailed communication kept us abreast of all interactions with potential buyers - we were in very safe and knowledgeable hands. Matt also understood the delicate nature of selling a deceased estate and that it was also a lifetime of memories- thanks Matt.

Straight shooter
We spent a few months looking for a place and dealt with a lot of vague real estate talk from agents. We were honest with Matt and he was honest with us about the property we purchased. He responded to all requests immediately, paperwork and additional info etc. He also walked us thru the process once our offer was excepted.
