Matt was very easy to deal with and made the possibility of buying this property seamless. He was very helpful, printed the some 400 page contract to delivery over to our solicitor on Saturday and has been available to answer any questions. Highly recommend Matt if you are buying or selling.

Fantastic Agent & Person
Matt was super to work with. Clear and transparent in his communication, he went over and above to make sure I felt comfortable during what is a stressful time for anyone. I received a number of offers on my property but at no point did I feel pushed by Matt to accept an offer I wasn’t happy with. Matt communicated with me day and night when he heard from prospective buyers, keeping me in the loop, and even helped me out providing guidance on dealing with the property purchase I was handing after my sale. 11/10, Thanks Matt!

Matt was very helpful and honest in securing the sale of the apartment
My first inspection with Matt showing me thru the property seemed to be professional and straight forward considering we had arranged to inspect the apartment after open inspection times. I was keen in securing the property and negotiating with Matt for the sale with the promise of having a new tenant occupancy secured ready for settlement

Brilliant experience
