The sale was not an easy one as it was a Deceased Estate and some of the beneficiaries had a different view of the value of the property and the sale took place during the 'Sydney market downturn' We found Matt to be extremely trustworthy, honest and helpful Matt always made himself available to discuss anything to do with the sale from the beginning of the process to the conclusion Matt's communication with us was exceptional.
