I am a recent buyer with Matt. We are between purchase and settlement but so far great communicator. Has been transparent and honest to date and always called back or does what he says he will. Only note is the two opens I attended Matt was not there and had other agents instead. Could have been an anomaly but I would expect the listing agent to be at opens if I were a Vendor.
