Prior to Matt managing the sale of our property, we had it up on the market for almost 6months. Within 10weeks, Matt had found us a buyer through a streamlined process where he undoubtedly took the initiative in a number of aspects from marketing, advise, communication and ultimately a sale. We were told by another agent in the area that we should try have Matt manage our property as he was known as the "King of Mortlake" among his peers. The only regret we had is not taking the advise earlier. We highly recommend Matt to any prospective sellers in the area as his knowledge of Mortlake and the surrounding suburbs is second to none. Matt made purchasing our first home easy. He has been very flexible with regards to weekday viewings outside of office hours to cater for our busy scheldules. He has also been very helpfull with regards to giving access to the property for third parties such as the bank and workmen for quotes. Overall it has been a very good experience and all communication had been very friendly, it was easy to reach Matt and any voicemail messages would be followed up quickly.
