After another local agent failed to sell our home for the price we wanted and after 4 weeks with no shows and "lower the price" said again and again we decided to go with George. George has been wonderful from day 1. I was amazed with how many people he bought though the home each week, and it didn't take long to get the price we wanted. He was honest about everything which as a sales person myself I know how many aren't honest. Communication was fantastic ! If we ever sell and move again we won't hesitate to use George again.

I found Ramez to be easy to talk to, no technical jargon or difficult to understand terms. Although he was busy with many other transactions at the time, I was kept updated with the process at all times, and he regularly checked in during long wait periods during the contract stages.
