Excellent experience from start to finish
We have written a review previously as requested. Will do so again. Estelle Lin is a very friendly person who from the outset worked very hard to help us achieve a good sale price and a smooth settlement. As it was the sale of my deceased mother's home, she was extremely helpful in advising what work needed to be undertaken prior sale. She kept us fully informed and phoned after every inspection to give feedback. We have no hesitation in recommending Estelle to assist in the sale of your home or other property.

Awesome agent
Estelle was an awesome agent, she always answers her phone and replied email swiftly. She had really good understanding of local market and she had a lot of expertise. She was very eager to answer any of our questions and help us solve the problem. We would like to use her again the next time we buy or sell house. Highly recommended!

Very good Agent!

Estelle is Sunnybank market expert
We were very impressed by Estelle's knowledge of her clients and market trends. This was especially important in these Covid times and uncertain market place. She gave us advice on improvements necessary to attain the best price. We received daily updates of showings and the outcome. She was considerate, hard working and obtained a sale in relatively short period at a price we were happy to accept. We would not hesitate in recommending her to clients.
