Hard working, honest & trustworthy
George was fantastic to work with. I did a lot of research and spoke to many selling agents in the area before signing up with George. When I first rang George I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated his honest and friendly nature. He will happily offer his expert opinion on a subject and respects the client's wishes. George will not pressure you to do anything you're not comfortable doing and is understanding and very patient. We achieved a sale just 3 weeks after advertising, and at a price we were happy with. Responsive, genuine and hard-worker
Right from the get-go we were impressed with George, his friendliness and his genuine personality. During a really tricky time to sell across the federal election period, he worked his butt off and never gave up. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local market, was super-responsive, even with the time differences (we now live in NZ) and there was no such thing as a dumb question. We couldn't be happier with him and would thoroughly recommend George to anyone looking to sell a home tin Brisbane. Thanks for always going above and beyond for us, and making the process a lot smoother than it otherwise could've been.

It was easy to trust and have faith in George
It took a while to decide who to go with to sell my house. I felt as though I was being told price estimates that weren’t actually attainable, and I chose George because he seemed to be the most straight forward and realistic agent that I met with, and also was friendly and easy to talk to. George kept me in the loop with everything that was happening, and did everything he could to make sure my house was sold in a timely manner and for a price I was happy with. Unfortunately the market wasn’t the best at the time, but George put in a lot of extra effort to give the marketing of the house the boosts it needed. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received, and I would choose George to sell my house again.

Georges , Great Selling Experience .
Between myself and my partner this was our third home sold by George in Forest Lake. His friendly , out going style and intimate knowledge of the market in Forest Lake has resulted in quick sales with above average selling prices . A No Problem Sale -
I lived in the lovely community that is Forest Lake for 11 years. A well known and integral part of the Forest Lake community is George Vuong. George helped guide me through the process of the most appropriate updates and renovations to my home over a number of years. During this time, he kept me apprised of the value of my home and assisted me in some of the broad guidelines of pricing, in my efforts to downsize and to move to an inner city location. True to his word, George answered my messages and phone calls 7 days a week and at odd times. At all times, he was professional, polite, positive and cheerful. My home sold for the exact price that we mutually agreed was appropriate. It sold in one week. My purchase, in my opinion, was a difficult and protracted one and technically should not have involved George’s professional services. However, I remain grateful that George helped me to navigate a difficult few weeks of a failed purchase; an extension to my Sale Settlement; difficult purchase negotiations and finally, a simultaneous settlement of my home sale and re-purchase. I willingly endorse George as the Real Estate Agent you need if you want honesty, trust, care and attention in addition to a good sale price

What an amazing real estate expert! Highly recommended it!
I would like to send my deepest appreciation to George for his exceptional job once again. He's sold many properties in the area including mine. George always goes extra miles and tries his best to make things going. My property was offered at a very reasonable price 3 days after the first open home inspection and became unconditional 14 days after the contract was signed. It's simply amazing while I put my property for sale during the market downtown. I highly recommend you give George a call either you would like to buy or sell a property. He is AWESOME!

Personable Exprienced Salesman
George was extremely helpful and was always there to help with any questions we had and assist us with this stressful time. Also, he got the price we asked for and came around late at night to get the necessary paperwork signed. George was there for us with any extra contacts for tradesman and all the little things that we never thought of. We recommend George to anyone thinking of selling their house.

Selling our property
It is difficult to express in words just what an amazing job George did when selling our property. Every time a change was necessary, George confidently suggested it. If any communication with any third party was necessary, there he was . George’s skills were second to none. He was not phased when I had to travel overseas halfway through the process and ensured our communication channels were up and running before my departure.
