Professional, friendly and great communicator.

Leanne and the team at Remax have looked after our rental property for the last two years . We felt our property was in excellent hands , issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. Provided exceptional communication and genuine support ensuring a smooth sale

Genuine, realistic, polite and down to earth

We first met Joel when he was pounding the footpath and we were in the middle of constructing a retaining wall out the front of our house. Joel took the time to stop for a chat and listened as we explained our vision for the property. My wife said to me after, “when we sell this place, I want to use him”. Once we had made the decision to sell after a few years and life events, Joel was patient and worked with us so that the sale suited our timelines. We appreciated his clear communication and feedback on styling and marketing options. Overall the sale process was quite smooth and any issues were dealt with quickly. The property sold quickly with multiple offers and set a new street record!
