From the start of the process communication was fantastic, and she would call us in the evenings if necessary to keep us appraised of how our sale was progressing. Joel did a fantabulous job selling our house when the first contract crashed. 3 days before the first contract fell over Joel got a back up contract that went live as soon as the first contract ended. Joel helped us work through 3 extension requests on finance from the 2nd buyer, gaining the context to have confidence in the sales process. At the end, our sale settled just 4 days after the original buyer's contract date for a great price.
