My husband and I were considering putting our home on the market and I was keeping an eye on houses in our estate. We visited an open home that Leanne and Steve were attending just around the corner and did advise Leanne we were considering selling later in the year. Later that week we called her to do an appraisal on our home. Leanne was open and honest with her appraisal and we left it with us for the next step. We made the decision then to put our home on the market and went on sale just after the election. We had three open homes with the house going under contact for a on the second week - we are still waiting on settlement in September. It has been a reasonably seem-less process we did find out through a search our pool did not have a final inspection which Leanne did not hesitate to ensure us this was fine it will all be sorted which it has been. No question is an issue with Leanne even if they didn't relate to the sale. We also then needed to secure a rental and she did enquire with her rental team on our behalf!
