I purchased my house with Leanne years ago then decided to use Leanne again to sell the house. Her wealth of knowledge on the area is something you cannot put a price on. Her communication skills are impeccable. She was able to explains things very simple for a first time seller like myself. She kept me very well informed in each step towards selling the property. Leanne respects your input and will not persuade you as a seller to pursue prices that are just unreachable in today's market. I had a really positive experience and was guided so gently in the right direction. I think it helps having a real estate agent that can really gauge all age groups. I felt supported 100% and would definitely recommend her services. She acted outside of work hours to ensure communication was achieved. She takes the time to listen to your desires and is an advocate for you. I felt comfortable knowing I was talking to someone who has years of experience but never made me feel inadequate. I never second guessed using Leanne and would 100% have my experience with her again.
