As a buyer I found Leanne and her staff were nice and always easy to contact. Disappointed with the condition of the property on settlement day. At building and pest the property was satisfactory, there were a few little repairs required but we were happy. 1 thing was the exhaust fan on stove which was not working, Leannes assistant Linda ensured us verbally that it will be fixed so we didn’t request any repairs via our conveyancer, sure enough it didn’t get fixed. We were also advised that the seller would be getting a cleaner in to clean the property, which was not in the contract but we were expecting it, the property was not cleaned, either way it would have been nice to know so we could have hired our own prior to moving in like we did with the professional carpet and pest we got done ourselves. Rookie mistake but there was no clothesline, it would have been courteous if we were advised of this. Also at pre settlement inspection the day prior to settlement the property had the the sellers family name glued/doubled sided tape on the dining room wall and a heap of other items left at the property, along with all the kitty litter(poo) at the front door on the grass, we were told that the seller had cleaners coming in that arvo. Rookie mistake again but at the same time clearly Leanne and her staff only had the sellers best interest in mind and will mislead and falsely say things to ensure sale.
