From the beginning Leanne, from Remax Platinum, went above and beyond to help me. I put a price on my house, way above what it was valued at, hoping it was take a while to sell, and started to get cold feet about the amount. Leanne reassured me, that she would work with me on the price and to keep it as we agreed to list it at. My house took 3 days to sell and we got way above the higher price I was asking for. Nothing was too hard or an inconvenience for Leanne. Her communication was fantastic! Her service was awesome! And I would highly recommend Leanne to anyone wanting to buy and sell. She made the whole process seem so easy!

Dealing with Joel was quite a positive experience as a buyer in the current market. Joel treated me with courtesy and respect and worked very hard to close the deal between myself and the seller. He kept me looped in on the progress of the sale and helped navigate all aspects of the sale. As a buyer he was great to work with and I'd imagine the seller is quite pleased too.
