Throughout the entire process Joel has been exceptional, he’s checked in regularly with us, made sure we know what steps are next, assisted us in finding all the industry professionals we need (building and pest, solicitor etc.) and been so patient with 2 first home buyers who have no idea what they’re doing! From the beginning Leanne, from Remax Platinum, went above and beyond to help me. I put a price on my house, way above what it was valued at, hoping it was take a while to sell, and started to get cold feet about the amount. Leanne reassured me, that she would work with me on the price and to keep it as we agreed to list it at. My house took 3 days to sell and we got way above the higher price I was asking for. Dealing with Joel was quite a positive experience as a buyer in the current market. Joel treated me with courtesy and respect and worked very hard to close the deal between myself and the seller.
