We met with two other agents prior to meeting with Leanne, and of those two we had made a decision to go with one of them. A friend of mine recommended contacting Leanne before making our final decision. I'm very glad he did. We had Leanne through to do an appraisal, and almost immediately it was obvious that she could see the potential in our home. Throughout the appraisal she identified and appreciated the things that we liked about our home, ultimately she used these as focal points during the sale process. When it came time for Leanne to present her valuation, it was significantly higher than the estimate her competitors had valued the home at, but she was confident that she could sell the home for that much. This might sound arrogant or cocky, but this is not how she came across; Yes she was confident, but she was able to point to her track record and give good reason for her confidence. The process for getting professional photos done was the first time we met some of Leanne's amazing team. They came in with decorators and photographers and sales teams and gave the place a make-over. Our home went from looking like just another house to looking like a display home for the photos. The transformation was incredible. Once the photos were done, and processed and the realestate.com.au ad put together, it was late in the week, and the ad went live on Thursday afternoon. We had our first open home the following Saturday. One of the couples from that first open home, requested a second inspection the following Thursday evening. They made an offer that night. And then Leanne's skills as a negotiator came through; She was able to negotiate on our behalf for an additional 1.6% on top of the original offer. We could not be happier with Leanne, and we highly recommend her services to anyone selling in the Narangba area.

Three words to sum up Joel: professional, dedicated and passionate. Joel is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market especially the Moreton bay region. He achieved above what we thought we would sell the property for with a contract on house within a week. I honestly could not recommend Joel enough.
