Management and sale
Five years ago, on the advice of others, we invited Leanne to manage part of our real estate portfolio. She continues in that role today, and has now just sold a second property for us. In both roles Leanne has surpassed our expectations as an extremely polite, efficient and professional Real Estate Agent, always seeking to look after our investments and having our best interests front and centre. A fact that is greatly appreciated. We believe that whatever happens with regard to our properties there should be no surprises and the communication between Leanne and her team is a very special part of what has proven to be an excellent working relationship. Nothing is ever too much trouble, every i is dotted and every t crossed. I am a firm believer of the adage 'that paper never refuses ink' and as such I can write what I like, and undoubtedly, in the business Leanne is in, she cannot possibly please everyone, and whilst I can't even start to imagine it there may be some less than perfect reviews out there. We however have no hesitation in praising Leanne and her team at Remax Platinum, and awarding them an A+ as a Real Estate Agent, providing all we expect and more.

Desperate times called for drastic measures
After a very recent and totally unexpected marriage break up I found myself in an awkward situation, one simple phone call to Leanne and my hopes and dreams were alive again, I needed somewhere to live and I needed it fast, with a vast knowledge of the current market and an awesome understanding of my situation Leanne had me into a beautiful little house in just over 1 week, that’s right 1 week, the property was currently vacant and with her super negotiating skills she was able to seal the deal that saw me moving into my own house way before I even thought it was possible.
