With her vast knowledge she helped us achieve a higher than expected sale price, we could not be happier with her overall service and helpfulness throughout this process and will be using her again when we look at selling our next property.

A pleasure to deal with!
Leanne provides a personal service, she is very caring and friendly, and we felt she fully understood our family's individual needs. She is extremely professional and had lots of knowledge about the local marketplace, which was backed up by evidence and data. We found her to give great advice on pricing while also allowing us to have an input on what we felt was right. We were over the moon with the professional photos of our property, which helped to get buyers through the door. Her staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Leanne to other sellers in the area

Highly motivated, great communicator, talented negotiator
Joel is not your typical 9-5 real estate agent. If you've got buyers that can only look through your home on a Sunday, Joel is working on a Sunday. If there are contract negotiations going on at 9pm on a Friday, Joel is working at 9pm on a Friday. He worked tirelessly to sell our property from start to finish. Joel's passion for his job, his eagerness and his second to none negotiation skills (really, they are great) allowed us to sell our home before it even went up online at a price we are very happy with. Absent Overseas Owner Well Pleased With Outcome
Joel"s approach to the sale of my family home was one of quiet and considerate confidence. I met with Joel to inquire about the possible sale of my home in Queensland even though I was planning to live in New Zealand. Some months later I flew over from New Zealand met Joel again to review his Marketing Strategy and sign a contract to sell. After packing up the house I returned to New Zealand, knowing that all was in hand. Emails, 'phone calls and texting to and fro from Joel gave me an excellent result.
