Youthful, dedicated, committed, respectful.
We first met Joel when he was doing a letterbox drop in our area. We’d had little success with our local real estate agent and decided that Joel deserved our listing. From start to finish Joel presented as the most respectable, honest and caring real estate agent we have met. He followed up with us continuously, he was professional, and conducted his business and the successful sale of our property with such unprecedented commitment it’s difficult to believe he is so young. Joel has great contacts and we “staged”’our home which we believe helped us achieve some 40k more than we thought we would achieve. This being said Joel worked very hard to get the asking price for our property through fierce negotiation skills and knowledge. We trusted in Joel’s ability to do this for us and we are extremely happy with the end result. Joel’s advocacy, his youthful exuberance his respect and judgement is admirable. We couldn't be more happy!!
We first off want to thank Joel for all his help. As first home buyers it was very overwhelming buying our first home but Joel make it so easy from showing us through the property to allowing us to book Sunday inspections to show it to our family. He kept us in regular contact and talked us through the process from start to finish. He was patient with he many questions we had and was always happy to help. If you want an agent that is going to be attentive and supportive than Joel is your man! We couldn't have asked for a better experience while purchasing our new home. Knowledgeable and helpful

Great, all you could wish for.
Leanne and her team manage two of our properties. A pleasure to deal with!
Leanne provides a personal service, she is very caring and friendly, and we felt she fully understood our family's individual needs. She is extremely professional and had lots of knowledge about the local marketplace, which was backed up by evidence and data. We found her to give great advice on pricing while also allowing us to have an input on what we felt was right. We were over the moon with the professional photos of our property, which helped to get buyers through the door. Her staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Leanne to other sellers in the area
