The previous sale of our last property will have been the 3rd time using this excellent pair of agents. We were able to achieve the exact asking price of the property and had a signed contract on first day of market listing. They also were able to achieve $20,000 more then asking price on previous properties within a week of listing. They were extrememly helpful with the transition between properties and were able to overcome circumstances beyond there controls. I have used 2 other agents with 2 other property purchases and i wouldnt recomend either of them.
