Scott Mackey was a good agent & we love our new home, the only thing was we wanted to build a big shed down the back & can't because its flood zoned. I feel somebody should really have told us. I received paperwork stating it was in a flood zone from the solisitor 5 week after we moved in. If we were aware we probably wouldn't have purchased the property. I just feel real estate agents should be telling that info to the purchaser.

SOLD = 20A Narooma Drive Branyan
It was after a lengthy selection process that we chose Scott & Aaron to run a campaign to sell our property. We felt with Scotts down to earth direct approach best suited our great little small acreage in Branyan. Both Scott and Aaron had a good appreciation for the region. Open homes run smoothly with very little interference on day to day life. Aaron was very particular on the best way to display the home for sale and worked hard to get the best pictures of the property The house sold within 4 weeks with good negotiation from both sides of the deal which i felt was fair.
