We have had Danny as our agent twice now - first when we bought our house and second, when we decided to sell our house. On both occasions Danny led us through the processes without any pressure but with solid information and facts about the state of the market at the time. We found his communication at all stages of our sale to be outstanding and we were never left wondering. Danny suggested a sales plan and marketing to suit which proved to be very successful. He attended every open inspection personally and made it his job to fine tune the presentation, open curtains turn lights on, open sheds etc and when it was over, turn everything off and lock up. His feedback on the inspections was immediate and detailed and was very helpful in the strong and weaker points of our property. We had multiple offers after a round of inspections and were given good guidance on moving forward to contract. The due diligence was a breeze as well with Danny helping again all the way through eg... Need a pest and building inspection? "I got a man who will do that this week. Need a pool safety certificate "I got a man" Need to tidy up some bathroom work? "I'll get that done" All was done quickly and professionally and really helped when both of us were at work and starting to pack. Danny or Teo, his marvelous associate, even came around to open up to let the tradesmen in, supervise them and lock up when they finished. Really amazing service and we really appreciated it.
