A thoroughly professional lady who went way above what we expect from an agent, obtaining us extra inspections for family arriving from interstate etc. Any questions we had were answered immediately and her follow up was totally consistent. Rima works in with the vendor and buyer to obtain results with a delightful smile and disposition all the time. Should we buy again in her region Rima will be our first choice.
