We had previously sold several of our properties on our own and planned to do the same with our last one in Nambour. However, with life being hectic, we decided to entrust the sale to Richard. We were impressed by his professionalism when we first met him eight years earlier, and he truly stands out in his field. Richard did not disappoint. His negotiation skills alone made the decision worthwhile. We learned a lot from this experience and freely admit that having an agent like Richard is invaluable. Brilliant job, Richard. You handled everything so well. Thank you!

Chris gave us an honest and open appraisal of what we could expect in the current market. During the time our house was in the market Chris arranged viewings with plenty of notice and gave us extremely good advice on how we should present our home. Chris then topped off his excellent service by finding us the lovely new owners of our home. All in all if you want an excellent agent who is trustworthy, honest and armed with an amazing moral compass then choose Chris, he wont let you down 😊
