Selling with Richard was a breeze
We bought our first house a few years back in which Richard was the agent. When it came time for us to decide on an agent to sell our house, choosing Richard was an easy decision. Due to his strong industry knowledge and friendly personality, the sale of our house was in good hands. Putting our house up for sale leading up to Christmas was a daunting idea. However, Richard and his team acted quick and were able to get it on the market and under offer incredibly quick. We recommend Richard to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Always went out of his way
We purchased a duplex and Chris was the real estate agent. I had a lot of questions about the property and Chris ALWAYS went out of his way to find answers to my questions, be it from the seller, a contractor or the local council. Brilliant Agent to work with
Brilliant agent to work with. He took care of so much more than expected - particularly in assisting my ageing Mum (owner selling the house and moving to retirement village). He went above and beyond expectations, including assisting my Mum to take care of all the additional things (full house clean, garden and yard cleanup, Update pest control system, arrange furniture removal and dump run etc). Chris' attention to detail and communication with us through the process was outstanding.
